Project Overview
This project involved creating a robust and secure online portal for the Nigerian Army's recruitment process. The platform needed to handle a large volume of applications, manage various stages of selection, and ensure data integrity and transparency throughout.
The Challenge
The primary challenges included handling high traffic, ensuring top-level security for sensitive applicant data, and creating an intuitive user experience for a diverse range of applicants with varying technical literacy. Integrating with existing army databases was also a key hurdle.
The Approach & Solution
We built a scalable web application using .NET Core for the backend and a responsive front-end. Key features included secure data encryption, role-based access control, automated notifications, and a multi-stage application tracking system. Azure cloud services were utilized for hosting and scalability.
